I operate a training, consulting and psychotherapy practice. For over thirty years my mission has been to maximize personal development through healthy behavioral decisions, and to make a positive contribution to mental health promotion and the nurturance of positive social environments.
I hold a Bachelors Degree’s in Psychology and Religious Studies; and both Masters and Doctoral degrees in Psychology. I have been a College Instructor at the graduate and undergraduate level. I have been a Licensed Psychotherapist since 1979. My international consultancy practice offers education, training, staff development, and professional development services for universities, k-12 school systems, First Nations communities, training institutes, and other community agencies across North America.

Philosophy
I offer counseling and psychotherapy services based science-based clinical strategies that empower and strengthen capacity building within individuals and their families. My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy, with particular emphasis upon evidence based mindfulness oriented treatment approaches. With couples and families I embrace a multi-systemic structural family therapy approach.
