I have operated a consulting and psychotherapy practice for almost thirty years. My mission is to
maximize personal development through healthy
behavioral decisions; and, to make a positive contribution to
overall health promotion and positive social environments.
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Religious Studies; and both Masters and Doctoral degrees in Psychology. I have been a College Instructor at both graduate and undergraduate levels, and a Licensed Psychotherapist since 1979. My international consultancy practice offers education, training, staff development, and professional development services for universities, k-12 school systems, training institutes, and community agencies across North America.

Philosophy
I offer counseling and psychotherapy services based science-based clinical strategies that empower and strengthen capacity building within individuals and their families. My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy, with particular emphasis upon evidence based mindfulness oriented treatment approaches. With couples and families I embrace a multi-systemic structural family therapy approach.
